Can I change when, how and where my parcel should be delivered?Updated 17 days ago
Once your order is completed, no changes are possible – this includes the address, items, or discounts.
👉 Alternative option:
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with a DHL tracking link. Through this link, you may be able to adjust delivery options directly with DHL – for example, redirect to a Packstation or choose a preferred delivery day.
👉 Cancellation:
In your customer account, you can cancel your order yourself within 30 minutes after placing it, as long as it hasn’t yet been processed/shipped.

If the cancel option is visible, you can cancel directly there.
If cancelation is not available and you no longer wish to keep your order, you can return it after delivery or simply refuse acceptance. In both cases, your refund will be processed once the package is back with us.
