Important Information:

If you are not satisfied with an item, no problem! You can return it free of charge.

How to Return an Item for Free as a "Black Member":

1. Access your Account: Go to "My Account" in your Blackmember customer account and select the corresponding order number. Under the order details, click on "Free Return" to request a return label.

2. Prepare your Package: Ensure that the items you wish to return are unused and in their original condition. Use the original packaging if possible to avoid damage during transportation. Include the return slip in your package.

3. Download and Print the Return Label: After requesting, download and print out the free return label.

4. Send Back your Package: Securely pack the items and affix the returns label clearly visible on the parcel. Drop the parcel off at a nearby Hermes post office. Obtaining proof of delivery is advisable as it serves as your proof of return.

5. Processing Period: Once your parcel has been received, the processing time begins, which may take up to 14 working days. During this time, your return will be evaluated, and a refund will be arranged. 
   Please note: Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items.
   If you would like to exchange items, we recommend that you reorder them directly

As a normal member, you will be charged a €5 return fee, but this fee does not apply to "Black Members."
