For the payment method "Purchase on Account" (Klarna), please note that the payment is made exclusively to Klarna.

It is important to note that Klarna may also need information from you at any time. For a return, please notify Klarna in advance. If Klarna is not notified, a reminder may be sent.

If you receive a reminder from Klarna despite having already made the payment, please first check which account you transferred the money to.

If you accidentally transferred it to us, please send our customer service a transfer receipt immediately at [email protected] so that we can verify your payment.
