Are there any additional costs for shipping to non-EU countries?

How can I track my shipment?

Can I change when, how and where my parcel should be delivered?

Yes, it works without any problems. Our shipping partners DHL and DHL Express will always send you an email to notify you of the parcel. You can use this to determine your desired delivery location, e.g. a parcel shop, or change the delivery day.

Why can't I track my shipment?

The activation of the tracking number can usually take up to 24 hours. If the order cannot be tracked after this time, please contact our customer service.

Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?

Please give us some time to prepare your order for shipping. We usually dispatch orders within 48 hours. It may take a little longer for some orders. Sale campaigns can also lead to delays.
