Can I make changes to my order address after I have completed it? copyUpdated 19 hours ago

Once your order has been placed, no changes are possible – this includes changing the shipping address, adjusting the size, adding or removing items, or applying a discount code.

In your customer account, you have a 30-minute window after placing your order to cancel the entire order yourself.

  • Log in to your customer account.

  • Open the respective order.

  • If the option is shown, you can cancel the order there.

Please note:

  • After 30 minutes or once the order has been processed in the warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • Combining multiple orders is also not possible.

If you no longer wish to keep the order, you can return it regularly after delivery.
