Please write directly to our customer service. Once the order is packed, no changes can be made. This also includes the option to change your delivery address or adjust the size.

In this status, the order can no longer be canceled. If orders have been placed one after the other, it is not possible to combine them.

Unfortunately, it is also not possible to add an article to the order or to remove an article.
