Can I make changes to my order after I have completed it?Updated 6 months ago

Your order should be no older than 2-3 hours so that we can check if we can still make changes. Please contact our customer service directly for this.

Once the order is being packed, no changes can be made. This includes changing the delivery address or adjusting the size.

In this status, the order cannot be canceled either. If multiple orders have been placed one after the other, it is not possible to combine them.

It is also not possible to add or remove an item from the order.
