Once your order is completed, no changes are possible. This includes:
the shipping address or item size
adding or removing items
combining multiple orders
applying discount codes
In your customer account, you have a 30-minute window after placing your order to cancel the entire order yourself.
Log in to your customer account.
Open the respective order.
If the option is shown, you can cancel the order there directly.
Please note:
After 30 minutes or once the order has been processed in the warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible.
If you no longer wish to keep the order, you can return it after delivery or simply refuse acceptance. In both cases, your refund will be processed once the package is back with us.
Tip: Always double-check your order details before completion to ensure everything is correct.
