You can easily and conveniently return your item. Through our new returns portal, we provide you with a return label and charge a 2,99€ return fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Simply register the return and create a shipping label in our returns portal.

Please note that we currently only offer simplified returns for Germany and Austria.

Blackmembers receive free returns, regardless of the remaining order value.
