Once an order has been placed, our priority is to ship your desired products as quickly as possible.
In your customer account, you have a 30-minute window after placing an order to cancel it directly yourself.
Log in to your customer account.
Open the respective order.
If the option is shown, you can cancel the order there.
Please note:
The cancellation option is only available within 30 minutes.
Once your order has been processed by our warehouse or marked as “fulfilled,” the button will no longer appear and cancellation is no longer possible.
Changing the address, items, or applying a discount code after placing the order is never possible.
If you no longer want your order and the cancellation period has passed, you can refuse the package upon delivery or return it regularly after receiving it.
