Once an order is placed, our top priority is to deliver your chosen products as quickly as possible.
Please note that no changes can be made after the order is completed – this includes address changes, item modifications, or applying discounts. Cancellations are also not possible.

If you no longer wish to receive the order, you may refuse the package upon delivery. It will then be returned to us automatically, and we will issue a credit.
Alternatively, you can return the order after receiving it.
