How do I return or exchange items from my order?Updated a year ago

If you want to return an item, please note the following steps:

1) Note on the return form, with the appropriate number, whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

2) Ideally, pack the items in the appropriate packaging and enclose the return form.

3) Please post sufficient postage for the package and send it to the following address:

4) Please keep the tracking number of your return for any queries in the event of delay or loss.

Note: If your order is divided into several packages and you have received a package from Amazon, please also send these items back according to the instructions above.

Note when exchanging: We will of course assume the costs of sending the goods back to you. If the desired exchange item is not available, we reserve the right to refund you the purchase amount.

If no information about an exchange can be found in the return, the purchase amount will also be reimbursed.
