We recommend checking the tracking information first. There you will find all the details about the status of your order.
If the delivery is marked as delivered but you have not received your order, we suggest checking with your neighbors, housemates, or colleagues to see if they have accepted the package on your behalf.
Also, check if the package was left at a designated drop-off location.
In some cases, the order may be returned to us. This will also be indicated in the tracking information.
If the status of your order has not changed after 6 days, or in any of the above-mentioned cases, please feel free to contact our customer service.
