Why didn't I receive my free item?Updated 6 months ago
We are very sorry that you did not find a free item in your order. Please note that the free item had to be manually added to your order after selecting your size. Next to the size selection field, you will find the "Add for free" option.
You can see if the free item was successfully added to your order during checkout. If the item is listed there, it has been successfully added.
If your order was completed without the free item, we unfortunately cannot add it afterward, as the order is sent to our logistics partners immediately after completion.
