Why was my order / item canceled?Updated 6 months ago

We are very sorry if your order or an item has been canceled. Sometimes an item is already sold out but still shows as available in the shop. This happens because it takes a few minutes to update the current stock.

If an item is particularly popular, it may sell out just before you complete your order. In rare cases, our system does not update in time, so the order or item must be canceled afterward.

Your delivery note will include the remark "out of stock/will be refunded." The money for the out-of-stock item will be refunded to you in the following days.
